I e-mailed the warranty dept. on 4/2 to ask for two screws for my Kershaw multi-tool that had broken a few years ago. Within 3 hours I received a reply that they would happy to replace them. They arrived on 4/5 to Florida. This is what they sent:
Upper jaw bolt kit
Lower jaw bolt kit
Toggle bolt kit
Release lever kit
Access bolt kit
Link bar kit
Thumb stud kit
Main spring
Blade pivot kit
I refer to these as kits because they contain multiple pieces such as screws, bolts, spacers and springs.
I asked for two screw sets(4 pieces) and they sent a total screw, bolt, spacer and spring assemblies for the whole Multi-tool
. This is a total of 37 pieces!!.
