How do you like the Ruger? I've been thinking about one of those.

i like it, overall. 100 rounds yesterday, no malfunctions. light, yet ruger tough. great belly/pocket gun. nothing else in its class comes close, imo.

some things to think about though:

-slide does not lock back on empty mag.
-its jumpy. the trigger guard beat up my trigger finger.
-looonnng and heavy trigger pull, and a double reset. wouldnt fire on the first reset (like a single action reset), i only got light strikes. i found it to be most comfortable shooting like a revolver, ie, trigger in the joint rather than on the pad of the finger.
-to dissasemble you need to pry out the pin with a flathead or similar. kind of a pain.
