I gave an uncle and a couple cousins some knifes (;)) that I built (pics to follow).

And of course many a girly item for the Mrs. and my daughter. God love 'em for putting up with me.

Science has found that the same area of the brain that shows activity (Joy?) when receiving a gift is even MORE active when GIVING a gift, so the ol' adage "Tis better to give than receive." is scientifically proved!

So what did you GIVE?

My wife loves all things dragonfly. (Yes, carry's a Spyderco Dragonfly.)

This year I got her this Bulova:

HI timcsaw -

I gave:

2 Kershaw Mini Cyclones
2 Buck Sirus
1 Buck Pack-lite
2 Kershaw Skylines
1 Case small single blade folder

best regards -

I gave all my nephews and nieces a gift!

BEST GIFT GIVEN: a working, kid-friendly "Junior Detective Kit" with real items you could use I assembled myself for my beloved niece Maegan. Not even half the price of the expensive commercial toy set they sell on the Cartoon Network

Only things remember giving were a Ontario Rat 1 Folder, CRKT Slip K.I.S.S 2, Leatherman S2 Juice, and a Remington Model 1100. All the other gifts were on a list so there was less meaning for me. These knives/gun I hand picked.

Uncle Daddy? Is that you? I've been good this year. I swear.

:D

My father went ahead and purchased my Glock 23 Gen 4 for me since I can't legally buy a pistol from an FFL in PA. While we were there he picked up this Remington Model 1100 and he said it took him back to when he was younger. He told the guy behind the counter this big story of how he chipped the stock when he wa younger and all so I had to stop buy a few days later and buy it for him. The man was speechless this morning when he unboxed it.
