More info on SW CK9H folder needed.

Hi all.

Is there someone who owns such a folder and can share some thoughts about use, lock, materials, fit, finish, overall quality, steel, edge holding and maintenance (sharpening).

I would be grateful if you post some pictures that show the liner lock. I can't find any in the web.

If you have to choose between Byrd Meadowlark and SW CK9H which one would you get?

A Byrd product will outlast a Taylor S&W product every time. A few guys at work get S&W 440C knives. They have an average life span of 4 days before they are falling apart or broken.

Easy choice here - the Byrd by a mile over S&W. I recently purchased a couple of G-10 Byrd's (Cara Cara & Robin) and was amazed at the quality of these knives for the price.
