Just looking for pictures and specs on the new ZT 0700. Most websites seem to have no pictures and the specs are incorrect; listed as assisted but it is a manual opener.

Thanks.

Only thing I found was over at weaponrevolution.com, "My personal favorite is the new ZT0700 “extra wide tanto blade design”. This knife sports the speed assist feature found on other ZT knives. The ZT 0700 has a G-10 handle and S30V stainless blade, 3.375 inch blade, with an overall length of 8.125 inches. The knife weights in at 4.2 oz. The knife retails for $120.00" http://www.weaponevolution.com/forum/showthread.php?p=17266 I personally don't like the handle shape but it looks cool otherwise. Not a big fan of tantos though.

The new ZT items were just shown at SHOT in January.
It'll be 2-5 months down the road before most will be available. Usually

Thanks folks... I've seen the youtube video, just looking for more details. If I have to wait so be it, but it never hurts to ask!

All the ZT's from SHOT are being tweaked from their original show status.

The 0700 has had a small design change, and the grinds are currently being researched. Once the next round of proto's are produced, we'll be at a better place in discussing/sharing the specifics of the knife. Probably be 3-4 weeks before we get there.

Looks like it has been released. Hopefully we can have someone review it soon.

the 0750 and 0780 as well?

Does anyone have a ZT0700 yet? Thoughts, likes, dislikes, different angle photos if possible? Thanks in advance.

looks like the junk yard dog on steroids.

This.

They seem to have just taken the JYD, made it a bit more angular, added a tanto point, and slapped a random thumbstud on 'er. Not a bad looking knife at all, but I don't think I'm going to be getting one.

It's been pointed out before, but the 0780 looks for all the world like a ZT version of the Skyline on steroids, too.

some of the ZT's are definitely kershaw models that have been put on a steroid cycle or two.

i noticed the ZT 0400 is very similar to the kershaw shallot, with a different style of blade.
