Close up of the hilt - Think of all the sorts of circular machine motion that went into this.

The point, with fearful symmetry:

Another view, with perspective stretching it into a sword, just to get the guys to lust for something very expensive and of dubious utility.

Is this a good indication, James, that you will be keeping one example for yourself?

It's a really neat looking piece -- I'd like to see and handle one. But unless CRK comes up with a subsidy program, I'll have to stick to enjoying the scans. (Must...resist...credit card...)

That picture from Area 51 is fabulous! I like it

This knife is so beautifull in a way... I mean it doesn't have any fancy materials or decorations... just beautifull lines. Fearfull symmetry, that's true!

Hugo.

Just receives my Kathathu Thursday. What an incredible piece of work! My prior experience with CRK was the sebenza series, so this is my first fixed blade from them. Many thanks to Bridget and the people at CRK.
Much love!
