Look out in a few days or so for a small run of D2 Keychain Tools.

I have been getting emails almost daily about the keychain tool... today I got closer on the batch and am almost ready for heat treat!

I'll have them available for immediate sale on a first come first served basis.

OK... I'm covered in D2 dust, belt grit and compound, time for a break! :D

WOOT!

I just polished that Daniel Fauxly knife my friend made me, after I tortured him with links to your stuff and
messages like "DOOD THIS GUY IS GOD!!1!1!" for weeks. That stuff is a ROYAL beyotch to polish...

I now have a new appreciation for what it must be like to be a Chinese prison laborer, making all those cheap polished tools at Harbor Freight. Or, Daniel Fairly.

Now you know! lmao Fauxly!!!! I saw that knife and it is a really cool knife actually, lol.

Out of the kiln! I did a double temper at 700 then 675F... according to the steel manufacturer that is the peak for strength at a high RC.

Cleaned up and bevels ground. I actually lost one at this stage, lol it's grinding the screwdrivers that is tough!

I'm afraid it's a pale, pale imitation of it's inspiration.

I'm working on some holsters inspired by that flipper you made with the drilled-out handles that reveal different color anodizing. Basically, I'm drilling a sheet of black full of randomly-sized and placed holes, then laminating it with a flexible solvent bonding agent to some colors, which will peek through. Fades, flame jobs, random sixties-lookin' stuff, the "Charlie Brown" (bet you some hipster doofus buys one!) - M-Weld is cool stuff.

Heavypants like.

Is there a purchase/ order/ wait thing I should be on?

Thanks! I should have these up here for immediate sale pretty soon.

I am selling everything on a first come first served basis this year so no lists to worry about.
