Tweaked my designs a bit. All of them are now 6" overall length with assorted tip designs (except for the one on top, that one has two 01 tool steel ends). The one with the black tip has an embedded hardened steel dowel.

nice stuff man, i recently made a titanium kubaton. Very light, swelled center, you can color the ti also(with heat)the only problem is finding peices, I dont feel like shelling out for quantity as of right now.Do you harden and temper your O-1?good luck. mark

The one at the top: could you still drill a hole near the ripper tip to accommodate a lanyard, wrist strap, carabiner, etc.?

I leave the 0-1 soft (but man, does that stuff come hard in the mfg), so that it is still tough. I could drill a hole in the one with the ripper tip, I'd just use a carbide endmill to get through the 0-1. Thanks for the complements.
