There are several new Nepalese recipes in the HI cookbook, based on recent conversations with Yangdu, Kami Sherpa, and Kanchi. You will find recipes for Sherpa Tea (made with salt and butter), tsampa (parched barley flour), sisno soup (nettle soup), and ningrok (bracken fern). These are in posts 77 through 80 of the HI cookbook, which is a sticky post at the top of the Cantina.

It’s been a while since newer forumites posted in the HI cookbook, but it is there for any forumite to post their favorite recipe. You get bonus points if you use a khukuri in the prep work! There is a lot of delicious stuff in the HI Cookbook already, if you’re ever searching for a new culinary adventure.
