Ethan may have the Joy of Cooking but I have the Joy of Cooking with a Becker. :) A BK2 to be exact.

Basically, instead of using a spatula to cook some burgers, the 2 decided to replace the spatula.

My daughter made Bourbon Burgers tonight. They were the best burgers i have ever had.
 
Cows are to the animal world what Becker Knives are to the knife world.
So many good things come from them.
 
i wonder if that can get the knife too hot and ruin the heat treat?
