Jesus Christ I can't wait to go on one of these trips. When I finally do get to tromp down there, I think I'll book my flight out for a week later and just hang around for a while. ...maybe two weeks.

It's a pretty radical change in living standards, so your body has to adjust. Not saying it's not fun but I haven't seen anyone yet that wasn't ready to get back home to their normal life, no matter what they claimed ;)

This is that old RC-3 I keep trying to buy off of our Peruvian instructor:

That’s awesome Jeff, thanks for the pics. That old RC-3 looks like it has some stories to tell.

I’ve always wondered, why did you choose Peru to be your jungle training location?

Water still? pic #2 post 10

That compund looks like a nice place on the river. the families there look very happy.

Awesome shots. Love the machetes in the beach, and the kitten. Like Dylan, I'm considering a trip down, though I'd probably wanna go more for photos than survival.

Whiskey still

about 7 shots worth and you throw up what is in there

About 7 shots worth of water from that area and you throw up out the other end :barf:
