These will be eventually joined by 2 decorated ones.

Nice pics Pontiaker. Did you get the polished hollow grind on yours?

St James, is that a classic Sebenza or a classic 2000 Sebenza?

You guys are gonna gimme a heart attack these4 are some awsome knives,
espicially pontiakers.......

Here's an intersting one, my little mongrel. I "rescued" this from a gent who seemingly didn't appreciate the thumbstud, and trimmed and smoothed it down, but then couldn't quite access it as easily anymore, so then he "scalloped" out a small area of the handle to reach the remaining stud. Looks weird, works fine, and I can't bear to part with the pug long enough to send it in for a fresh stud. Besides, I've grown rather fond of it the way it is, the same way some people grow fond of the proverbial "red-headed stepchild".

Pretty weird, eh?

Here is another pic of Greenie's beautiful small decorated Sebenza and sheath to go along with it;

The bottom is a scan I did at home on my flat bed scanner with a plain jane small Sebenza loaded into the sheath.

Nice knife!

How do you "Pros" get the picture to show up automatically???

These pics are worth seeing, but I can't seem to get them to open up here....

Michael

PS: Thanks for the photo tips... Especially to 2d_Edge, who took the time to mail me the HTML. All I had to do was cut and paste.

PPS: And thanks to Dennis Wright for the knife!!!

C4, you can check the UBB code help page next to the "Your Reply" text box when you're posting, but basically, you simply add a
b] before the complete URL and [b]
after.

Hope that helps.

Hey guys,
Those are some purty knives
smile.gif
Well here's my simple one I got from Cecil Self (Thanks Cecil!) It's partially serrated (I don't usually like em, but I figured it's a little different for a Sebenza at least), and it has a false edge ground masterfully by Allen Blade who I would recommend.

I may put up a better scan, sorry to have the BM45 intrude

take care,

C4,
Love the pattern design on yours! Really like the diamond look. All Ive got is the large plain and a Shadow III, but I'm still working on getting more...
