More Praise For Kershaw's Customer Service

I must first admit that I open and close my (6) Speed Safe Kershaws far more often than is necessary, and after all this time I finally broke a torsion bar spring in my Speed Bump.

I requested a replacement spring via the online form, and within 2 days I have my new spring! Now thats fast , especially this time of year. Along with it came a very nice surprise, a pocket sized bit driver with 2 torx and 1 phillips head bits that store inside the handle!!

Thank you Thomas, Dawn, Tiffany, and the rest of the crew. Keep up the good work:thumbup:
 
I love to hear stories like this! It's the little things that really matter. Customer service sets Kershaw apart from most others. Very nice work!
 
The customer service at Kershaw is the top of the line! Had close to the same thing to happen, and got extra parts along with the pocket torx driver. GREAT knives, GREAT customer service. It's no wonder Kershaw is where they are!!:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Yes they are definately top notch, in fact today must be my lucky day because I just got 2 more springs in the mail. What a nice surprice (again):D
 
Stories like Texas Native's is why I keep buying Kershaw. That, and the quality. And the fact that if you take off the Ker you have my last name! I like a knife with my name on it.
