Looks like G-Rexed Resin. Garth did add the handle materials to the description and the pic name for bit about a year ago, that was nice.

Ya that was great.
Seems like adding information for potential customers to review should be the norm, instead of the exception.

I know an option, “Send an email and ask what it is.”

IMO, it could be about earning/inviting (informed) sales, instead of creating a hoop to jump through.
