O.K, O.K, no politics! Schrade questions only :o !!
The guy who auctioned the 20OT I am waiting for has offered me these knives. No prices yet, but being an ignorant newbie (one must be humble to learn!) to UHs, I am hoping for some informed comments on the values of these knives, so I can bargain correctly. They are not really in my collecting categories, as I like the older ones, but they are Schrades! And if someone has a need to fill a slot in their UH collection, I will step aside.
But the main thing here is to put them in perspective, so please; are these three rare and valuable as claimed??

Hiya northway I dont know about the 892 or the lb4 but the 707UH should be
, 2 3/4 in., with one pen blade and scissors, should it ?

Waynorth,
Those look like 3rd generation Schrades, only with staglon handles. If you do a forum search with 707UH in the field , you'll get some info. and photos.

PS there was a link to an ebay sale that listed that particular model as selling for $152 back in June, I think you'll find it under the above search. There's mention of it actually being a C627 alternate, possibly European?

That's the picture in Larry's website w5rwu. I'm as confused as you are.

Hey waynorth,

I picked up an LB-4 a while ago after looking for it for nearly two years. The others I don't know much about. However the LB-4 is considered to be "the most allusive and rare uncle henry," according to Clemente, produced from 1980-1982. The two years I was looking I saw about 5 of them give or take. I bid $250 on two different ones and was outbid each time by the same guy. After asking the buyer about it he told me he plans on reselling them in a few years for $500 after which he kindly offered one to me for $400. IMO they are worth $100-$150 in mint condition with box and papers, however depending on who you are bidding against it may end up costing 250 for one. Which is what it ended up costing me. I haven't really watched them since I finally got mine and with the way the prices on ebay fluctuate my info may be a little outdated. Regardless it's a very good find. Hope this helps.

Thanks, cykc. What is happening in the market is what I need to hear. I thought $200, but it seems it might take a little more. Anyone else bought or seen one lately??

$200 would be a steal, I think I paid $250 or so for the set (purchased one at a time). Look at Larry's article -- the LB4 is rare, but the 892UH and 707UH even more so.
