More Ray

Ever since just missing one last year on the exchange, I have had an eye and ear out for a D-2 Ray. Finally ran one down that was worth the wait. May get some other pictures later, but here is a shot of my new Ray Cover dress knife. 2 1/2-inch upswept D-2 blade, 3 1/2-inch closed. Nice amber jigged bone handles. Typical Ray, all the way.

Great knife:thumbup: Ray used to put the lanyand loop on his folders quite regularly a few years back, but I haven't seen more than one or two recently.

Thanks for that tidbit, Durwood. I am not sure when this one was made, but it is the first I've seen with the loop. A nice add-on.
