I recently bought my first Sebenza about a month ago and I noticed that the hollow grind is not perfectly semetrical. I don't think that it has effected performance in any way and I know that each Sebenza is hand ground. Actually I kind of like it as it gives the knife some personality and a uniqueness. My question is are all CRK the same way or do I have the different one?

I believe what you are seeing is par normal; that is, for handground blades. All my Sebenza's have different hollow grinds. Some are actually thinner than others. You can always tell by looking at the area you mentioned on the bottom by the hilt grind. Some people when buying Sebs second hand will actually ask "what type of hollow grind is it"... i.e. tappered thin or a little meat to it? I prefer a little more steel on my Sebs. I'm actually partial to flat ground blades more, though the Sebenza does the jobs it's intended.
;)
Tried to capture 4 large Sebs to show differences. My photo skills need big improvements...

It's hard to tell in the photo but the second one from the left is a Damascus blade, and it seems to have the best/most even grind.
