A close friend of mine, Chelsea, will be having knee surgery this afternoon at 04:30 Californian time. It would be very kind if you'd send some smoke and good thoughts as well. Thanks.

Sorry, it seems that as of lately many people need some smoke, but I guess that's just the way it is :(

At all, thanks alot. I will give an update as soon as I know more.

Ad Astra, to be honest, I am not absolutely sure if I believe in it or not. The way I see it, it can't do any damage, and apart from that, having so many people around the world sending good thoughts is an absolutely good thing. And who knows, maybe it works. I don't know, but I have decided for myself to give it a try. Can't do more than that.

I am trying to apply some stuff I learned here, to be more gentle, to live in a better way. It doesn't always work. But I believe the way Bill lived was a very good one, and impresses me very much. I'm trying to learn something from that.

Do you remember that line from the Leonard Cohen Song, Teachers ? I forgot most of it, but one line was something along "I spent my hatred everywhere...."

I'm not trying to spent so much anymore.

That's the coolest part...it doesn't matter if you or the recipient believe...it still works!
