beautiful knives but i ca'nt get over that baby bottom bump.

They're all the same size. It's just the way the picture is shot that makes it look smaller.

I actually got mine in the mail today. I like the stonewash finish more than the DLC coating. Excellent knife.

I've never understood what that weird plastic thumbstud mess is all about... what gives?

It's the lock. The stud has flat edges so when it is open the stud's flat edge locks behind that cut out in the top back of the handle. There is a spring above the stud and the stud itself spins. So as you go to unlock it the stud spins and pushes up to release. It's acually a pretty ingenious design and locks the blade into place quite solidly with literally no chance of accidentally releasing the lock while using.

And its quiet, so you don't annoy your friends when you are "trying out" the lock :D

They're great knives.... I have one of the sprint run Speed Bump knives from a few years back. It's a Spec Bump but with a BB Sandvik blade. I didn't warm up to the design until a few months ago. I started carrying it and found it to be a nice user. After you carry it for awhile you get used to working the lock without much thought.

when i don't want to use the heavier zt200, i bring the Bump...i love it...i think it's a sensational design...
