I’m jumping on the “Tactical” Kiridashi bandwagon. Itsa BIG bandwagon. Here is a bunch just finished a few days ago. These are all small handy knives with a tactical bent. I was going to make them all “bad” tactical, but just had to throw in one that was more traditional looking.

All are O1 carbon steel, about 1/8th " thick. Cutting edges all 1-1/4inch. Edge hardened, triple tempered. Bevels are one-side flat ground & convexed to a sort of zero edge. The traction hole helps with indexing the knife’s position in the hand & helps drawing the knife from the sheath. I did a final sharpening for each of these on a 1000grit waterstone & stropped the edges. I can pick out a single hair on my arm & knock it over with the edge. These will get Kydex neck sheaths & a leather sheath for the one in Kingwood handles.

Large with Tan Canvas Micarta “Reptilian” textured. 5.5inch OAL
Large with Black-Olive Linen Micarta “Reptilian” textured. 5.5inch OAL
Medium with Black-Olive Linen Micarta “Reptilian” textured. 4.75inch OAL.
Small with Burgundy Linen Micarta, “Reptilian” textured. 4.75inch OAL.
Small with Kingwood, oil-finished. 4.75inch OAL.

Feedback and opinions needed. Thanks for looking. Jason.

I really like that medium sized one. Perfection for me.

The only thing that I would prefer is an IWB sheath as opposed to the necker.
