Chiruwa gone. Rusty, I'll find a chakma to stick in there. The original was lost during shipment but I have spares. Thanks for reminder.

Yeahhh...
I don't want to even know what my wife would think If I start hanging pics of khuks in the garage...

Someone better grab the garuda AK. This is one of the partial tangs we've talked about. Notice the single pin through the handle? It may be a partial tang that doesn't extend through the handle's end, but it's shoved down into the handle, filled with laha, and the villagers manage to go decades without letting loose of the blade. On top of that, there's a pin through the handle to keep it solid.

If I didn't have the Hanuman Special I'd have grabbed it. And just thinking of the HS warms the cockles of me heart.

This has been the Season of the Raghorn. I still envy you that heavy WWll shortie.

Hey Rusty, how much do you like your 16.5" WWll's to weigh?

UB or whoever may know, on the Garud Ang Khola by Kumar up top is, that corrsion on the tip or is that an illusion created by the camera and shadows ? Also looks like some on the AK in the picture but not on the WWII.

Just wondering and considering one since there appear to be at least one left.

Thanks

Thanks for the help munk and BruiseLeee that's what I thought too, but was just looking for some professional opinions as well.

I was munk long before he was Monk. Also, though generally paranoid, I'm not particularly worried about germs.
