My step fathers gorilla hands making the B11 look small. Yes I know he is no butcher either. lol

Cubans always find an excuse to make pork!

So full I could barely make a dog face.

Always wanted to try deep frying my turkey, but seeing as i keep cutting myself all the time, the little lady thinks i'm accident prone...

So, no large vats of boiling oil allowed

But i'll live vicariously though photos like this!!!

Always wanted to try deep frying my turkey, but seeing as i keep cutting myself all the time, the little lady thinks i'm accident prone...

After trying about 7 different ways, deep fried is by far the best for turkey IMO.

I know most of the ingredients but Ill ask my step father for the exact list. Ill tell you the secret though, no matter what ingredients. Once its fully cooked, slice it and put it back in the pan with some of the fat and juices it released, then pop it back in the oven for a little while. The most important part is to prepare yourself.................. it wont last long once it comes back out.

It was very good! I always look forward to Thanksgiving, whats better than family and food.
