Tightening alot of knots makes me notice the hard handles of my needle nose pliers. The expensive fancy ones I saw at the hardware store aren't much more comfortable, so I took some scrap pieces of mil spec cord and put a knotless wrap on my old pair that I use for changing guitar strings.
They're definitely more comfy. At the time, I wasnt thinking much about how ugly & mismatched the colors are, with the red handles, but what the heck, it's a tool. I was surprised how well the wrapped tightend up on something so small. This wrap works great on wooden handled garden tools, shovels, rakes, hoes, lawn mowers, etc.
Got a cool new color called "Galaxy".
