Is the fungus shot with my blade is Fistulina hepatica Schaeff (Beefsteak Fungus) ?

Mt. Fuji (bottom right inset), still covered with some snow. It's 46miles from my home.

This year, the road climbing up Mt. Fuji is destroyed by an earthquake (not by THE earthquake)
that I couldn't go skiing.
