I just got my Canoecopia schedule in the mail, and it appears that Mors Kochanski will be doing three separate survival and knife related seminars througout the weekend. They will be...

-Land Survival on River Bank and Lake Shore
-The Knife
-Knots and Ropework for Canoeists and Survivalists

There are lots of other presenters, such as Cliff Jacobson, presenters on wildlife ecology, and two young girls who hand crafted a dugout canoe and circumnavigated Lake Michigan in 93 days. For those not familiar, Canoecopia is one of the world's largest paddle sports expos and is hosted by Rutabaga Paddle Sports in Madison. Lots of gear, lots of great seminars, and all around a great event for like-minded folks.

I've been on a couple of his courses, shared a campfire a few times.
