Morseth sheath maker?

Does anyone know of a sheath maker who can make a reasonable replica of the old Morseth sheath? I have original Morseth Model 1 (circa 1950), in need of a sheath.

I have never made one, but I do have a detailed photo of one and it doesn't look like it would be hard to duplicate, but considering the retention loop it would be very necessary to have the knife in the shop for proper fitting.

Edit to add: I cannot fabricate the inner liner which, from a use point is really not necessary, but for authenticity sake it might be for you.
