Mosaic Damascus folder with inlays

I just finished this small gent's folder. Mosaic Damascus blade 2 5/8" long. African blackwood scales with amboyna burl inlays. Mokume pivot collars. Jeweled titanium liners. Damascus backspacer and thumb bar opener. 3 1/4" closed.

Curious, is the Dam carbon or SS? Looks like carbon, but I have both kinds on knives and sometimes it is hard to tell.

Also, phenomenal work! That is precisely the kind of knife I like.
 
One thing time and knife porn has taught me is that if a knife is so well executed that it hurts my eyes, it is probably a John Doyle knife. They are always superbly crafted.

The blade is carbon steel-1084 & 15n20. I forgot to mention that.
