I just finished this piece up this afternoon. The sheath seemed to take forever.
oal-12 1/2"- 7 5/8" blade. the blade is made up of 1084 and 4800 powered metal, with a 15 layer bar of 15n20 & 1080 welded along the cutting edge. African blackwood handle, nickel/silver hardware and pins. The sheath is che chen. I didn't have enough blackwood to make the sheath also, but it came out looking pretty close. The frog I made from nickel/silver along with the throat and each star has 20 n/s pins = 160 pins and crossed eyes.
What do you think.
Thanks for lookin
Bill
