I thought that I was funny until I heard this one (I wasn't there, but heard from a very reliable source):
There was a high profile exercise in Okinawa (about 12 years ago) with the best of the Japanese Military and some US Marines. Present were the highest ranking Japanese Generals and a Marine Lt. General. During the critique everyone was complimenting the greatness of each other when a 2nd Lt. stood up and said, "If you guys are supposed to be so good how come you can't do anything with that Godzilla guy?". No one ever knew what happened to that Lt.
