Notice the antique RHEINGOLD church key on the magnet on the left bench leg. Coolness!

Antique church key? I see beer! And MORE beer! And I bet it's COLD BEER! I can see Jeff is expecting to give lots of shop tours in the near future. What a guy, the perfect host!

Just what I was think'in. My second (she thinks the first) most important is the shop kitty.

Light beer is not beer.Have any of you bladesmiths made a damascus church key? Rheingold ? as a Brooklyn kid that brings back memories like the Miss Rheingolds who were always more interesting than the beer .

I remember my old dad drinking Rheingold on the porch of our house in Maine when I was a kid. He'd give me a sip once in a while. Was the best!

Bubba!!! I keep tell you that your shop is to clean. You need to have a hammer-in. That will break it in for you. ;)

I remember seeing one made by one of the talented Scandinavian makers a few years ago, and have been intending to make one myself, just for the helluvit... :)

I hate to rain on the parade but beer and rotating machinery seem like a very bad combination to me.
