In terms of sales to non military customers, what is the overall for all models, the most popular colour combo?

black crinkle, black micarta? tan coating, black micarta? double tan?

satin and double cut seem very sought after but that doesn't mean it is the highest in terms of sales.
 
My favorite for looks would be black crinkle and snakeskin. For functionality, I'd have to go with DC and black canvas.

Which is most popular? That's a tough question, probably Jerry would know better than anyone. Sales wise, he or Scott would best know what the consumer buys the most of. My guess would be Satin finish and snakeskin would be the most sought after but I haven't seen that combo too often. Interesting question, thanks for posting it.
 
Making that choice can be quite a dilemma! ;) :D Seriously, I would probably choose black crinkle & tan canvas first, although I like black crinkle/black canvas & tan/tan. The green blade finish has not been used a lot, but woodrat's green blades and tan canvas micarta look very nice. I also saw a FSH with a green blade and black paper micarta (a true black color, not gray like the "black" canvas micarta) that is pretty cool. I guess there are not any combinations that I don't like (well, the Beater Green G-10 would not be my first choice :D ).

Satin and double cut look nice too (I would choose satin over double cut), but they do add significantly to the cost.
