Who do you think displays the best technique and performs the best in the cutting tests? My pick will be Andrew Demko followed by Luke La Fontaine.

Robert Vaughn - Ive often thought that if theres a zombie apocalypse he's the guy I want on my team.

Robert Vaughn for sure. Hes a tough yet precise dude. And that was a vid which was a shoutout to RC Knife Thrower that featured Robert throwing that XL Voyager was very badass. Makes me very excited for my upcoming delivery of a XL Voyager BD1 Clip, would be my first ever CS mega folder :D

Seems Robert Vaughn is a favorite here. He is certainly impressive but I think that got more to do with his sheer size and brute strength than anything.

While his size and strength may be a factor, and what's wrong with that, he has as much style and finesse as anybody else. Did you see him working two Laredo Bowie's on the hanging pig carcass in Apocalypse Proof? I don't know how he did that without cutting his own arms in the process. That carcass was shredded in a matter of seconds. Impressive stuff for sure.

Robert Vaugn is definitely highly skilled, as are most of the people on the proof vids, however my money is on Ron Balicki as being the most highly skilled. Check his pedigree. LCT is no slouch either.

LCT is no slouch definitely. He is beast at throwing but Andrew always performed bigger and badder cuts that seemed amazingly effortless. In some of the Japanese sword tests you can see him do the "Mizu Gaeshi on Tatami (second cut on severed first segment before it falls). An advanced technique that's difficult to pull off even by experienced Japanese practitioners.

Lynn Thompson for sure. Nobody screams "die!!!" as good as he does in those vids.

I think we all could agree, if all the knife companies went at it in a knife fight, CS would win.

I don't think anyone can hang weights on a knife handle with as much style and finesse as Andrew Demko. :D

If the weights swing too much, it could cause a twist resulting in premature breakage of the blade. When testing the Tri-Ad this is the main concern. When youre approaching 400 lbs and the blade is still intact, this is what comes to mind, and you who the best damn weight hanger in the the bizniz iz.
