What do you believe hasent gotten the attention is deserves?

I absolutley love the TOPS thunderhawk clip point folder I have, yet it has failed to get any attention over the last couple of years.

I must add that I wasent really impressed with their folders until I got this one. Its a perfect combination of features for a EDC,light yet strong, sharp cyro treated 154CM blade, the coating on the blade and handle hasent shown any scratches or wear, best coating I have used.It has a very stout linerlock that is fitted perfectly, its aluminum handle is more than stout and its just a great looking knife!

Kershaw Boa
This is one of the greatest tactical designs ever produced but not too many people seems to take it seriously.

Honorable mention should go to the Timberline Worden Tactical Supreme. This is a big beefy tactical with great ergonomics. A minor steel upgrade would put it in a class with the best.

the crawford perfigo, a very good big knife(4.5" blade) that carries well, and made by pat crawford, ya know its well built. ya dont here much about it,

I love the boa, I just wish I would get the money and the will to buy it. Spyderco tends to suck me in rather quickly.

Spyderco Massad Ayoob PE with the aluminum handles I'd say. Great ergos, razor VG-10!!

I am always surprised that the Benchmade 720/721/722 series isn't more popular here on the forums. These are solid knives with a good blade steel and an excellent lock...Ed.

I really like my Emerson Blackbird, it definitely deserves much more attention. Sound ergonomics, nice classic blade shape, excellent materials and the liner on mine will not disengage unless you want it to.

And yeah, that Perfigo sure is an awesome design.

Tac folder, don't get me wrong but the Military is great but it has gotten great reviews,IMO the Starmate for tactical use is far under rated.

I agree on the Spyderco Ayoob and I'd also like to add the entire line of Extrema Ratio folders to the list of most underated tacticals.

Blade-tech's knives do not get the attention they deserve. Construction and materials are top notch.

I will also agree with Cutter Knife & Tool. They don't get enough attention either.

Right on.

Yup, the Millie is FAR from underrated. Typically gets rave reviews all around.

I've always thought that knives made by Terzuola never get the respect they deserve. Mr. Terzuola created the 'tactical folder' concept, and I rarely see his work, even in TK magazine.

The Extrema Ratio folders in various forms.

Hard use knives which are just coming into their own and on others radar screens this year.

I picked up two folders, the Fulcrum11D and the MPC, as well one of the limited run of double edged Col Moschin straight knives.

These knives are tanks, if you are unaware of them, you should check them out.

The distributor for the USA is named Frank and moderates the Extrema Ratio forum found here in the index.

Here's the link to their site.

I'm gonna have to second the Buck 110. Thats one knife that was tactical when tactical wasn't cool.

Besides I was the first kid in the billets to get one in camo:D

*raises mug*

that's one badass knife.. one i must have before i clock out of this world. talk about tactical.. sheesh, that's a killer. looks great, too. some knives are destined to be classics, and i think wes & pat hit it on the head with the perfigo.

The Spyderco Lil' Temperance.

You don't hear much about it but it's one of the most impressive folders I've ever seen. IMO, it's at the very cutting edge of knife design. It's secure in the hand, has an extremely strong and positive lock up and is razor sharp from the factory. It uses the best available materials and is very well made. All in all, it's a wicked, stout little sucker that can go almost anywhere with it's 3" blade.
