So on your Swiss Army knife or similar tool what tool do you use the most besides the main blade. I will start with saying I probably use the scissors the most.

After the main blade, the scissors probably see the most use. Then the flat screwdriver.

Knife and flat head/bottle opener.

Opens my bottles, I use the screw driver as a screw driver but also as a scraper and light pry tool.

I got a gap at my top right side molars so I use the toothpick. And I only have the small key chain one.

Currently it is the awl on my Wenger SI for light prying or digging holes in blister packages.

Definitely the scissors, but I do use almost everything on my SwissChamp. I've only had it for a week and I can no longer imagine life without it.

Scissors. I use the tiny blade on my Signature for peeling apples to great effect, and opening/cutting quite small items. I usually have a primary blade on me, though, so the scissors are the most useful.

I agree with much of the foregoing. But I also get a good deal of use out of the magnifier, pen and tweezers. Its like anything else - knife, flashlight, etc. - if you carry it, you seem to use it.

The multi-bit driver on my Cybertool 29. And the bottle opener, of course.

Most used has to be the main knife blade. But of the "tools", probably the toothpick. The bottle opener really comes in handy as I have been buying Bud Black Crown lately (good dark beer) and I use the flat head screw driver a good bit for opening up HVAC return grills either to protect my fingers on the folding type, or the screw. HVAC thing sounds dumb, but honestly I am opening a couple a week with that flat head.
