My vote goes for the toothpick (when I haven't lost it).

Of course the most useful blade is the large knife blade. Outside of that I probably use the combination can opener and small screwdriver the most (not primarily for opening cans). I use this blade for small slotted screws, starting philips head screws, light prying of tightly fitting items, removing staples, hooking on and pulling out things stuck in tight places, and opening cans.

The most useful tool on my Victronox SAK is the hawksbill blade. I have a weird varient that was made for some defense contractor down in Florida (the name and logo have long since worn off of the handle). I use that blade for everything from opening packages, to stripping bark from tree limbs, to cutting leather for my projects. As a distant second comes the long serrated blade.

A tie between the large blade and the cap-lifter/screwdriver. Also, you gotta love the new tool Victorinox has added to their line of little knives. It's a combination cap-lifter and small Philips head screwdriver.

The toothpick, followed closely by the scissors.

I just love cutting those small pieces of skin off the tip of my finger...

Fingernail file,
scissors,
Toothpick also, but I don't share that one...

My old red handle SAK lives in the Jeep where I can get it when driving without digging into my pockets. It gets used to open packages, and other misc. projects. The only time I actually go and get the knife to use outside the Jeep is when I need a cork screw. The cork screw is the best I have, it will pull all but the worst cork without destroying it.

The corscrews on my various SAKs see a lot of use. The can-opener is the best on any knife I've seen, the bottle opener sees a lot of use, so does the toothpick, even the tweezers and the screwdrivers. Oh, mustn't forget the blade.

So maybe the answer has to be, the whole knife!
