Hello Charlie, In a sens yes.
With the Covid and the economical crisis a lot of young men initiated to make knives trying to earn money. This phenomenon has created a new competition and increased the overall level of quality. But it has also changed a bit the mentality and now the spirit of sharing and collaboration is a little less shared. It's why I love and try to help as far as I can the association Kenz'è Meres.

What means Kenz'è Meres : In Italian it can be translate by "senzapardoni", without boss . The association is based on friendship and collaboration. Those who know teach to the other and everybody has something to share for the final benefit of the Sardinian knife-making tradition.
I'm proud to represent them as I can

Compare the food and tables to the blade show food we had in England.

We had styrofoam cups of tea and bacon butties, I mean it was nice but it doesnt compare
