Photographing the Mother of Pearl on this beautiful knife was fantastic! The damascus and engraving are phenomenal.

10″ blade of West Texas Wind damascus.
15″ overall.
Premium Mother of Pearl handle scales.
W Twist damascus fittings.
24K gold inlays and domed pins.
French Greyed engraving on frame and front spacer.
Extra deep sculpted clamshells on guard and rear bolsters.

I am as amazed by the photography as by the knife. Both are excellent! The macro shots really highlight the details of Kyle's construction and the precise execution.

Insanely impressive work. I'm not a huge fan of MOP, just not my style I guess but those slabs are nothing short of spectacular.

Absolutely stunning! The images leave nothing hidden. Great work Kyle. Caleb, your mastery of your photography is virtually peerless.
Thanks for sharing.

Chris

Outstanding work by both Kyle and Caleb.
It takes an exceptional knife by an exceptional maker to still impress under such scrutiny.
The final photo alone speaks volumes as to the quality of this knife's construction.
Thanks for making the effort to share these with us Caleb.

What incredible pictures, Caleb. Your camera, especially the great close-ups, show the detail in Kyle's artistry. It's always exciting to see the new techniques you are developing,

This is amazing. I loved it the first time and now seeing it with the new photos is a treat! This is one of my favorites if not the favorite of all of Kyles knives, and its one of my favorite fancy bowies ever!

Bruce has it right. :o
Take the closeup of the pins for example. Now mines look like they have been peened by a blind monkey with a drinking problem. :o;)

Still appreciate you guys sharing of course.

The materials used and skill sets to create such a piece are off the charts.
I can't stop looking at the blade.
Caleb, your images are AMAZING.
Thank you both !

Doug
