Mother's day walk !

Me, Mrs Pit and the Pooches headed out today for a relaxing mother's day hike walk and left our demon son at home thrashing away on his electric guitar !

The dogs loved it on the beach !

As we headed away from the beach we passed lots of Horsetail, I love the look of this plant as it always looks prehistoric to me.
It also has Astringent, Antihemorrhagic, Anti-inflammatory and Diuretic properties :

I agree 100%. By the way, judging from that pic Maisy is really getting to be a great photographer.
