I can't find a motorcycle forum that's any good. Open to suggestions, but I figured someone here might know something about Enduro tires for my vintage 1976 Yamaha 175.
Rear tire is 350 - 18
Front tire is 3.00 - 19
The current tires are dry rotted originals. I do about 50% road (residential) and 50% trail. The tough part is the off-road part can be really loose sand fire roads.
I'm getting pissed trying to find a 19" front tire, using the metric system. The conversion table is crap.
I am considering the cheap Cheng Shin C186 tires, but worry they're going to be terrible on the trail. Also looking at the Continental TKC 80, they make a 350-18, but can't figure out if the if the 19" front is tubeless or not...I assume I can't use it then? Maybe I should just go for a good old fashioned off-road knobbie. Thoughts?
The motorcycle tire websites are garbage, nothing like Tirerack.
Help me before I buy a new bike!

Go to american motorcycle tire. americanmototire.com Good info call them if you can't figure it out.

I love Metzler tires on my motorcycles. I wonder if metzler makes an enduro tire. Let me check and i'll post back shortly if I find anything.

Check out klr650.net and klrworld.com

Lots of dual sport tire threads there. For actual tires, check out Bike Bandit and Power Sports Superstore.

Go into a local bike shop and ask them for help sizing. They usually know their stuff really well.
