Mountain Duty VS RAD

Can anyone tell me / show me the difference if any between the RAD and the Mountain Duty?

Blade thickness. Mountain duty is thicker.
0.155” (RAD) vs 0.190” (MD)

Mountain Duty is just the unbreakable version of the Radioactive Duty. 3/16" is quite stout for a knife this size in INFI, .155" thick is plenty strong for this application but some just want nuclear tough.
