Since I have a New schatt Morgan Mountain Man in for repair, I was thinking of getting another just because this pattern is a great substitute for a compact fixed blade. My question is what other companies make this pattern and how do they stack up in quality against one another. So far I see Queen, Schatt Morgan, and (file and Wire series) Northwoods make this pattern The File & wire series with ATS34 sounds like a great all around carry if you can find them. The Northwoods looks good but the price jumps pretty good for a production knife the pictures I have seen indicate some nice beefy stag. Any recommendations for this pattern.

The 3 you mentioned are all actually made by Queen, plus most other brands on that pattern.

Camillus used to make a very similar pattern under the Remington name.

Hmmm, Interesting Quite a price difference From the Queen ACSB Lowest price point to the Northwoods Stag highest price point. And then the Schatt and Morgan in the Middle along with the File and Wire.
