So... I FINALLY got around to purchasing my first CRK -- a Mountaineer I. I'm a long-time lurker and fan of CRK, but just never bought one. I always seem to have $$$ for SF M6's and interesting things from Hinderer, but not a CRK. At least I'm repenting. 
Anywho...so I've got a Mountaineer I now. I'm VERY pleased with the quality. Top notch! It's everything I expected and more. I plan to keep it in my BOB and use it for hiking, backpacking, camping, etc... The stock sheath is very nice and holds it well, but I'd kinda like to keep it perdy. This knife is going to be a user. I'm already looking for reasons to use it around the house, but the sheath is just soooo nice. Perhaps a kydex sheath is in order? I really like the various sheaths that Piter has made.
Thoughts? Advice?
