Mountian Lion 160 OT not much like USA made

I didnt take the photo at top of the China 160 OT but I could not help but notice how different it looked from the USA made version.

See the USA made 160 OT and 153 UH (in bottom photo). Notice the Ducks 160 OT at bottom is a flat grind and the 153 UH is not. The China 160 in first photo gets lost somewhere it the middle of them.
