Decided I've got to have a mouse. Knifecenter says they plan to have some in a couple of weeks. Check out www.knifecenter.com/news/ under Spyderco SHOT Show news. Do you think they'll discount from the Blade-Tech price (i.e. - should I wait?)

As far as I know, the Mouse Knife is available exclusively through Blade-Tech and will not be discounted at present. Great little knife! I use mine all the time.

Thanks Mike. That's what I thought too, it seems to be the consensus. But when Knifecenter claims to be getting Mouse knives (mice?) it makes me wonder if the price may come down. If they offer them at the same price as Wegner himself why would anyone buy from them, a "discount" dealer?

The knife is not being sold exclusively through Blade-Tech, it's being distributed exclusively through Blade-Tech.
With a single source, I doubt you'll see it discounted very heavily.
