Any size hawk would be perfect for those living in condo/apartment dwelling. Especially for those multi-floor buildings!!!

You could use it as a entry tool and a prybar.
I've also heard of someone using a VT tactical as a climbing aid while he was cleaning up at the World Trade Center Site.

Use as a hook to pull door open from cold (hinge)side without exposing myself to hostile (is there realy any other kind?) fire when clearing rooms.

I saw a NG soldier using that for such a purpose. I saw that on TV at a local Bennigans.
Though what happened at WTC was horrible. Seeing the Guardsman doing that was a cool to watch.
