Legal with a blade with a sharpened edge of 4" or less. Folder or fixed doesn't matter, nor does concealment. If it's legal to carry, it's legal concealed. Thankfully the law contains many practical exceptions where a larger knife may be carried:
1. On your own property or place of business
2. When you just bought it or are selling it.
3. When you move.
4. Taking it to be repaired or returning.
5. When one has a valid hunting or fishing license and is doing those activities.
6. When enroute to, returning from, or at martial arts practice.
Switchblades are legal but have to have blades under 1.5".
