Yeah, yeah, I know. I have already been told that my man card is going to be suspended for wanting to see this flick, but i did it anyway. This is a truly funny, quirky, delightful little movie and I seriously hope it wins the Oscar because I am tired of "serious" movies that nobody will see getting the nod. Look how long it took them to give Martin Scorcese a best picture award. Jennifer Garner is looking like a friggin' genius for doing this cool little independent film strictly for points. You have to figure that the producers thought she would be the big draw but as it turns out, they didn't need a big name and not only did she make a good career move, but it has made her $8.5 million so far:eek:

I want to see this too, maybe we should hook up for a soy latte and then off to the mall for shoes! ;)

It's a good movie. The character of Juno is a little cliche at first, and she's annoying to begin with, but once the movie mellows out a little it's just a sweet story and I don't mind saying it. THe music is good, too. Artist who sings most of the songs is a Northwest anti-folk gal named Kimya Dawson. Weird, but pretty cool music in small doses.

I'll admit to being drug kicking and screaming to this flick. I will also admit to actually liking it. Not sure if I agree with the ending, but that's just my opinion.

The trailers didn't really catch my attention and I couldn't have cared less about not seeing it... but it's actually a really cool film. It won't be to everyone's tastes but I'm gonna go see it again :)

After seeing Juno and upon recommendation of a buddy of mine who is a true film nut, i watched Hard Candy the other night on cable. Ellen Page has some incredible chops. That movie was about as freaky as any that I have seen in quite a while. I expect big things from this little girl in the future.

The music was rather quirky and fit the movie perfectly. And FYI, Ms. Garner has now banked around 11 mil. Nice work if you can get it....lol.

i loved it, but it was hard to watch... I've been in a place where I thought I was going to have a kid, with no control over what would happen to it and it was torture.

and the movie was a little bit of that played out again for me... but, it was good all the same...
