Does anyone know what auto was used in Gone In Sixty Seconds by Sphinx? It could be a Paragon, but I'm not sure. And also, I need to vent. Why do only bad guys use autos in the movies? Why!!!! There are only three exceptions that I know of, the above,Eraser and Men In Black. The last two were MT Halos, coincidence anyone?? This gives autos a bad rep, so the liberal idiots create laws making autos "dangerous items" and trying their best to get them banned. :grumpy:

uh i think an auto was used in THREE KINGS by the guy that cut the cuffs on the guy that was shot in the chest.

keifer sutherlands character in '24' uses several autos (ie paragon and protech godfather and a SOCOM IIRC, havent seen it lately)

Don't forget Dirty Harry taping a switchblade to his calf.

Hell yes! I was just thinking that when reading the original post. Although, I doubt the beaurocrats would consider Dirty Harry a 'Good Guy."

Some one cuts himself out after being tied up and subject to toxic materials, forgot the movie

Morgan Freeman carried one in the movie Seven, I believe. A real pretty stag handled stiletto style job.

Saw the Predator/Alien movie the other day and was again struck by how, despite their ability at space travel, being invisible, and having a whiz bang ray gun, they are in to edged weapons pretty good. I'd like to have one of their rackamajack spear guns when I go hiking, and one of the whirling slicing boomerang discs for confrontations. Good stuff!

"It's disgusting that a police officer would use such a weapon."

Cool moment from a perfect movie. Harry Callahan is right up there with Ethan Edwards in the pantheon of great movie characters.

according to Thomas Harris, author of Hannibal and Silence of the Lambs, hr bought a Spyderco Harpy, a straight serrated Spyderco with a four-inch blade and a Spyderco Civilian. In the movie, when he gutted Inspector Pazzi, he probably used a Harpy, although it looked like a plain edge blade.

In Beverly Hills Cop, I don't remember the name of the cop (the gun nuts) uses an auto, stilleto style, and borrows it to Axel Foley (Eddie Murphy) to open something...

dont forget the movie "The Outsiders"....when that kid pull out his switch to ice the rich kid......anyone who stabs a rich kid bully must be a good guy
