Movie name - Please help

I have been trying to track down the name of a movie I loved when I was young.

Its an 80's lorenzo lamas movie and it has him fighting kali guys. I think richard burton (JKD) makes an appearance..

Its not snake eater - I hope one day to forget I ever watched that....

Any ideas..
 
no idea. but, just go to imdb and plug in lorenzo lamas and see what movies he did. good luck.
 
Bounty Tracker 1993 with Burton Richardson and the martial art was "Pencak Silat"
 
LOL.. No wonder I had a hard time finding it.

Its one of the few movies showing silat that I have seen.. I assumed it was kali because of the scene where he gets circled by a group of them with knives and sticks.

This fits nicely into the collection with snake-eater, (China O'Brien) and other cynthia rothrock movies, david bradley movies etc..

They are so bad... they are great :)

What an awesome era to grow up in.. Great memories...
 
If you want Silat in movies, try Merantau and The Raid: Redemption. Great movies and that ass-clown Lamas is nowhere in sight.

^^^DAT!

On Raid Redemption, it's not orthodox silat per se but the action scenes were so remarkable and badass, it was a hit internationally as well making the rounds on some film festivals.
