If I wanted to move my membership level up to platinum, would I just pay the difference between that and gold or do I need to pay the whole lot? My gold doesn't expire until March next year.
 
I think you can pay the difference, but it'll only last until the Gold membership is supposed to run out. Ask SHS, I think he did this. You could always also call Spark.
 
It worked like that for me: $5 for every 3 months left.

I'd be happy with that, after all it's only $20 or so, no big deal in the larger scheme of things.

I probably won't call Spark, the international phone call would probably cost more than the upgrade cost. :)

When you paid, did you pay the full platinum price or did you just pay the difference between the platinum and the gold?

But then again maybe the double-tap is because of all the extra disk space you're going to take up before your membership expires :D
